Thank you for your interest in our services. Please read terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.

1. Theme Licensing and Usage

All premium Plone themes developed by Quintagroup are distributed under Proprietary License. Each individual theme can be used on a single website only. In case another project with the same design is to be launched, the Client has to purchase additional licenses
The Client is authorized to make any necessary modifications to Plone theme purchased from Quintagroup to fit his/her purposes. However, Client is strictly prohibited to distribute the original theme package or the modified one. Quintagroup provides Plone theme modifications service as well as maintenance and enhancements services for our clients.

2. Support

We offer support for any theme purchased from Quintagroup Plone Themes. We do not provide support for our free themes. Support questions and inquiries should be directed to our support section on Quintagroup’s website. Our support includes common theme issues, bug fixes and basic usage questions. Support does not include customization of the theme, installation of the theme or Plone Consulting Services. However, we do recommend professional Plone services in addition to our general theme support.

3. Theme Compatibility

Currently our themes are designed to function properly with Plone 4 and higher. It is our job to make sure the themes are up to date with the latest versions of Plone. We cannot guarantee they will work properly on older installations of Plone. We cannot guarantee the compatibility of our themes with all third party software and plugins. If a conflict does arise, we will do our best to resolve the situation. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the themes will function correctly after modification to the code, or a failure to install the theme or Plone CMS properly.

4. Browser Compatibility

Our themes support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 8+. While we strive to provide a seamless experience across most major browsers, there will always be differences between browsers, versions, and operating systems.

5. Theme Updates

Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Plone, but we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of Plone.

6. Delivery

After we have successfully received the payment, the Client will be emailed Individual Product information to the email address provided. This may take up to 1 business day but usually happens within an hour. If Client does not receive an email after this time period, he/she should contact us through the website.

7. Ownership

The Client may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. This comprises and consists of, inter alia, graphic designs, images, HTML and CSS Files, and other unique digital creations of Quintagroup. All products are property of Quintagroup.

8. Site Content

All content, including imagery, published on the www.themes.quintagroup.com, including site content published on the showcase, is property of Quintagroup and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. The imagery used for theme demonstration purpose is not provided with the purchased theme package.

9. Warranty

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of Plone. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

10. Refund Policy

Since Quintagroup is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the individual product purchase is made, which Client is responsible for understanding after reading Terms and Conditions agreement. We are happy to answer questions regarding our themes before the purchase to insure it will meet Client’s particular needs.
